What We’re Looking For

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have a high school diploma, basic math and English skills, and who will work hard to promote a professional appearance on every single job. You must be able to pass a drug test, and you’ll need a valid driver’s license, as well as a clean driving record.

Have construction experience? That’s a plus! We’d also love to hire someone with military experience, although this is not a requirement. Certain times of year we get busier than others, so we may require you work overtime throughout these busy seasons. Our sweeps need to be able to lift 50 – 100 pounds, and they need to be comfortable working at high heights (up to 3 stories). We also need you to provide your own basic hand tools.

The responsibilities of this job include: providing excellent customer service, driving our company vehicles in a professional manner, working well with the team and individually, maintaining our equipment, cleaning up after yourself at each job site, and supporting showroom staff, as needed.

You’ll also need need to assist in the warehouse, when necessary, and be comfortable selling products to our customer base. Finally, you will be required to fill out paperwork, including work orders, surveys, and job proposals. This needs to be done professionally and accurately.
